How It Works
3 simple steps: Sign up → Get your API key → Connect to your favourite AI assistant.
1. Sign up with Stripe
Click "Start Free Trial" above. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. No credit card is required for the 30-day trial.
2. Get your API key
After signing up, you'll receive your personal API key on the confirmation page. Save it somewhere safe — this key connects your AI assistant to C8 Hedge.
3. Connect to your AI assistant

ChatGPT
🤖 ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- Open chatgpt.com and search for "C8 FX Hedge" in the GPT Store.
- Click Start to open the C8 FX Hedge GPT.
- The first time you use a hedge tool, ChatGPT will ask you to sign in.
- Enter the email address you used during Stripe checkout.
- ChatGPT will automatically link your subscription — no API key to paste.
- Ask a question, e.g. "What are the hedge ratios for EUR against USD and GBP?"
How auth works: ChatGPT uses OAuth. When you sign in with your email, the system looks up your Stripe subscription and issues a session token automatically. Your APIM API key is never exposed.
Claude
💬 Claude (Anthropic)
- Open claude.ai and go to Settings → Integrations (or Feature Preview → MCP).
- Click Add Integration and set the MCP server URL to:

Replace YOUR_API_KEY with the API key you received after Stripe checkout.
- Claude will discover the C8 FX Hedge tools automatically.
- Start a new conversation and ask, e.g. "Show me detailed hedge analysis for EUR vs USD."
- Claude will call the C8 Hedge tools and display the results.
How auth works: Your API key is embedded in the MCP server URL. Every tool call is authenticated against Azure API Management using this key.
Gemini
✦ Google Gemini (Vertex AI)
- Open the Google Cloud Console → Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Create a new Agent and add a Tool of type OpenAPI.
- Upload or link the C8 Hedge OpenAPI spec:

- Under Authentication, choose API Key and configure:
• Header name: Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key
• API key value: paste the API key you received after Stripe checkout.
- Save and test the agent. Ask, e.g. "What are the current hedge ratios for EUR against USD?"
- Gemini will call the C8 Hedge API through your APIM key and return results.
How auth works: Your API key is sent as the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key header on every request. This is the same key used across all platforms — each call is tracked and metered through Azure API Management.
Microsoft Copilot & Teams: C8 FX Hedge is also available through
Microsoft 365 Copilot and
Microsoft Teams via the Azure Marketplace. Enterprise customers can subscribe with Azure billing —

If you've already signed up via Stripe and need to retrieve your API key or manage your subscription:
Enterprise & Azure Marketplace
Enterprise customers can subscribe through the Azure Marketplace, which allows billing through your existing Microsoft Azure commitment. This is also required for Microsoft Copilot and Teams integration.
Enterprise benefit: Azure Marketplace purchases can count toward your Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), making procurement easier for IT teams.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day free trial does not require a credit card. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, your subscription will convert to a paid plan. You'll be prompted to add a payment method before the trial expires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. No long-term contracts.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents uploaded to the knowledge base are private to you and your organization. We never use your data to train AI models.
Which currencies are supported?
C8 Hedge supports all major and most emerging-market currency pairs, powered by ECB reference rates and proprietary C8 signals.
